Interview Process
The Business Development Manager will conduct a structured interview with
the potential coach, where particular importance is placed on the work history
of the coach and their skills, knowledge and experience.
During the interview the Business Development Manager will check documents to verify the person’s identity and entitlement to work in the UK, as required by the Asylum and Immigration Act.
