Assignments
Prior to each assignment sportopps.com coaches will be fully briefed on
the following:
- Contact details for the assignment
- Directions to the assignment
- Health & safety requirements of the venue
- Specific d etails including duration of assignment
- Number and age of individuals in the assignment group
All coaches must arrive on site with a sportopps.com Session Planner and Session Evaluation sheet which must be completed and sent back to the sportopps.com office.
The evaluation takes the form of a questionnaire given directly to the named contact for the assignment. This monitoring is unique to each assignment, tailored directly to the individual and giving the advantage of measuring the areas of specific importance to the client.
