Referencing

The sportopps.com standard procedure for referencing is to obtain two satisfactory references for temporary employment.  Without these references we cannot send a person to an assignment.

sportopps.com's assignments are governed by The Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adults (POCVA) (Northern Ireland) Order 2003. Before appointing a coach to an assignment it is our policy to ask for the relevant checks to be carried out by the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety (DHSSPS). These checks are to make sure that those individuals who might be a risk to children and/or vulnerable adults are not appointed. A POCVA check will only be carried out if the potential coach has satisfactorily completed the registration and interview processes.
